This beautifully situated 5 star beachside resort has stunningly set an entirely new design benchmark for the Caribbean region. The site design was inspired throughout by local materials as well as traditional architectural cues and motifs but fully instilled in an elegantly contemporary yet timeless fashion.

The sloped aspect of this project's splendid site afforded the complete landscape renovation to be based on a series of dramatically terraced swimming pools linked by grand curvilinear water walls throughout. Our attention to simple yet elegant details and materials have created a modern Hawaiian resort truly unique in the islands.

Situated on a rugged stretch of peninsula along the Guanacaste coast of Costa Rica this intimate resort emphasizes all things organic yet with a refined contemporary twist. Two eye-catching pool environments are nestled into naturally vegetated hillsides... each with its own distinct character befitting the desires of their active versus tranquil guests.

SCI is very excited to announce that Daniel Lucas has joined the ever-expanding SCI team and welcome him in his vital role as Landscape Designer and Junior Project Manager in our Orlando studio. Daniel brings with him his highly talented graphic skills...both digitally and hand-drawn as well as his in-depth 'in the field' experience related to project construction documentation and installation. We already appreciate the boundless enthusiasm which he applies to each and every task and we certainly look forward to his creative contributions to SCI.
